I support people in reigniting their passion so they can come into their authentic selves and relationships. I support people in navigating the anxiety, tension, and difficulties of transition that life throws at you. With me, you'll find not only symptom reduction but the ability to break long-term individual and inter-generational patterns

I take an affirmative approach to listen to what excites you, scares you, and makes you feel alive. By doing so we'll help you experience yourself in a new way that frees you from anxiety, depression, and intergenerational trauma.

Clients have described me as being empathetic and supportive. I provide an environment where we can re-introduce yourself to the person who you are and will be. My goal is to create the conditions that lets you work through the different barriers and hurdles that have been put before you. .

People who have struggled with long-standing cycles and patterns of anxiety, fear, and self-destructive behavior. Those with histories of trauma will find themselves supported and attuned to in our work together.

I wanted to help people navigate their relational patterns and discover who they are. My goal was to support people in finding ownership of the various aspects that make up you.

I am specialized in working with LGBTQIA+ young adults, AAPI queer and trans people, people experiencing life transitions, and adults looking to change long-standing relationship patterns. I also have extensive community mental health experience and have worked with various people at many walks of life.
